  1. Refunds are not available for downloaded items. If you have downloaded a purchased product, a refund cannot be processed.
  2. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. Refunds will not be granted for any item purchased more than 180 days ago.
  4. Refund requests must provide valid and detailed reasons for the claim.

Refund Eligibility

3. Security Vulnerabilities

In cases where the purchased product has a security vulnerability that the author cannot resolve, a full refund will be issued. If the vulnerability is fixed within a timely manner, a refund may not be granted.

4. Item Support Not Provided

If item support was included with the purchase or purchased as an add-on but is not provided as promised, you are entitled to a refund of the support fee or the entire purchase cost (if item support was a primary feature).

5. Item Not Downloaded

If you purchased an item but did not download it within 30 days, you may request a refund. MakeMyTheme reserves the right to verify this by checking the download logs.


Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted

MakeMyTheme reserves the right to decline refund requests under the following circumstances:

  2. The item did not meet your expectations, but no material flaws exist in its functionality or description.
  3. You simply changed your mind after the purchase.
  4. You purchased the product by mistake or do not have sufficient expertise to use it.
  5. The product was removed from the platform or the author became inactive after your download (we recommend downloading products immediately after purchase).
  6. Your refund request lacks sufficient evidence to substantiate your claim.
  7. Your purchase is older than 180 days for items with support or 30 days for items without support.

  1. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Dispute Resolution

If you and the author cannot reach an agreement, MakeMyTheme will mediate and investigate the claim. MakeMyTheme’s decision will be final. Refunds are not guaranteed during disputes but will be issued based on the presented evidence.
